Boots discusses the judging by the fest-goers at this years Texas Monthly BBQ Fest held in Austin TX. Cousins won Best Ribs and Best Sausage- an honor to be awarded “by the people”. Boots also commented, “You’ve got to earn it.”, which is certainly true of Cousins BBQ.
