Some of the nicest things that have been said about us are spontaneous, unexpected and unsolicited. There wasn't a news story or a reviewer - it was just someone taking the time to send an old-fashioned greeting and nice word. This is why we do what we do. We're not sure what kind of day you've had when you walk into a Cousin's Restaurant, but our goal is to make sure you leave happy.

This just in from Brian A. in Justin, Texas: You have great barbecue,
I grew up in Kentucky in "Owensboro, the World Capital of Barbecue."
They are known for their BBQ and have the International Bar-B-Q
Festival every year. I tried a selection of meats at your restaurant
last night and it has a very similar flavor to the top teams. They use
a dip and slow cook over open pit for many hours while continuously
putting dip on it. Your style of bbq is so much better than other
restaurants down here, you actually slow cook your meats and do not
drown your meats in a thick sauce. The smoked flavor is great and
reminds me of home.
